Too Steep To Summon

Parked at the top of my driveway, I tried to Summon Rodimus and was greeted with this message for the first time:

Interesting that it failed I thought as I begrudgingly walked to the car, got into the drivers seat, and drove it down the remainder of the driveway and into the garage. It makes me wonder if the entire Summon feature is broken for downtown San Francisco.
